Qingdao Zhangshi Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in May, 2003 with a registered capital of 56 million yuan. It has been almost 23 years. With more than 240 employees and the annual output is around 150 million yuan. 

The featured products that Qingdao  Zhangshi Machinery mainly produces are piston rods for gas spring in automobile, piston rods and steel tubes for chairs, steel tubes for office chairs and mountain bike. 

Our products have been internationally certificated according to relevant of IATF and ISO standard. Besides, we always emphasize innovation and intellectual property. We have obtained 61 patents, including 21 invention patents, 19 trademarks, including 4 Madrid trademarks. 

Meanwhile, we got a lot of awards, honors and certificates. Our innovative, specialized performances are greatly recognized by state-level, provincial, and municipal governments and organizations. Besides, we are the NO.1 drafter of Gas Spring Piston Rod Technical Specification. That’s the Chinese national specifications. 

Thanks to the trust by various customers throughout these years, our products have been exported to five continents across the globe, including Europe, Asia, North and South America, and Oceania.

We take great efforts in improving factory intelligence and automation is embodied almost throughout the production process, which reduces labor intensity and avoids manual error. Also, smart items can be seen in our factory: digitalized equipment and production lines, robot vehicle, and we also plan to build smart warehouse.

Besides, we are an active user of Enterprise Resource Planning System and Manufacturing Execution System. Both systems help  improve our management efficiency. 

We are committed to realizing carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals. As planed, 15% of power for the factory will be generated using solar panel.
