What do you inspect?
Each piston rod is checked for diameter, straightness, surface roughness, chrome thickness, and dimensional tolerance.
Which steel grades are available?
We can supply CK45 and 42CrMo4 steel options, selected according to strength, hardness, and application requirements.
Do you have automatic production line?
Yes, we do. We have fully automatic QPQ production line to closed-loop control the piston rods performances metrics.
Do you equip laboratory?
Yes, we do. Our laboratory is equipped with a large amount of testers, devices, machines, scopes, all for quality assurance.
Do you have MES system?
Yes, we do. From raw material to the end products piston rods and tubes, we totally adopt MES system to realize tracing back for the something wrong products
